THANKS TO TEAM TANZANIA KJG MOMLINGEN TO THE YEAR 2013 FOR THE ADVENT OF COMING GERMANY (15 march-07 april)
Dear friends of Uvikanjo Lupanga and Mlangali for KJG Mömlingen.
I would like to speak with you in this space (chance), for to express my thanks. My thanks are divided into four main parts. These are:
- INVITION TO COME
- RECEPTION
- EDUCATIN WAS OBTAINED
- GREETINGS AND THANKS TO THE LAST
Dear relatives Tanzania Team, I would like to start by giving thanks for inviting me to this place, I can arrive in this Germany since March 15 up to April 07, for three week period. Felt widely know the importance of me to reach in here .I know that cost and amount of time you have used in achieving this exercise to should be arrived in Germany. I say thank you very much.
After the introduction of thanks for the invitation, I start to express my stay here dates from 15 march up to now.
RECEPTION
Frankfurt airport: Thank for all who come on behalf of Team Tanzania coming for me (kuja kunipokea). Thank you very much.
FAMILY (The house I was living in)
I thank you all for you have done for me, for which the good service you have me in your home at deferent times, you look after me as your inner child, I had all the requirements as I am at home. May be could not have been right at home. Each situation single people were all very loving, you think they come the same family .Thank you very much.
SUCCESSS (EDUCATION WAS OBTAINED)
I have learned many things, and big, which I did not expects as I could obtain these in Tanzania. For this action it gives me this power to work in alliance with Lupanga and Mlangali.
HOW TO COLLECT PROJECTS
Before I had no idea how to allocate projects, and offer his report, and mixing together. Now I know how one project per offer information for each element Eg Reporting student
- Financial statement of the cave.
- The payment of employees etc.
This benefits consist of process of learning how share folders in the computer here in
Germany. Thank my teachers ELKE, ANDREAS, SERGIUS, ROBERT, HORST, WOLFGANG and e t c.
HOW TO DESIGN PROJECTS
- First, to know the benefits of the project as a benefit to the beneficiary for each.
- Cost will be spent on the project.
- How to management of the project e t c
MODERATION
Methods to use in conjunction with the leaders of the alliance performance and parish.
Involving the sharing move and unable to receive their arguments become more, what they suggested e t c.
ECONOMIC
I have also seen many projects produced in here Mömlingen as productive manufacturing different objects as:
- Factory to produce electricity caused by waste wood etc.
- Coffee industry
- Factory collection of various items like metals, plastic, cables.
- Factory sewing clothes male.
CUTIVATION OF VEGETABLES AND FRUITS INGREDIENTS
In this form learned how not to use chemicals and fertilizers in promoting food ingredients fruit, and vegetable, crops without using any kind of toxins and get fresh food and fresh drink of fruit.
MODERN POULTY (ufubaji wa kuku)
I have never seen a person of person holding chickens over 3500 in one year, and collect eggs every day 80 for 100 and chicken 1000 generates over eggs 80000 per day. The project is very good, but it need a large amount of money to get the equipment running, but perhaps there is a we will try to do.
These are just some of the many things that I have mentioned, aim very glad for the challenge.
FINALLY
I would like to express on behalf of Uvikanjo Lupanga and Mlangali for the gift for 1500 to the office and payment of project manager, euro1000 for Uvikanjo Lupanga and Mlangali, and euro 100 for buying tools for meeting member.
I wish you good work and good success keeping in regular contract for ours. Forgive me for last time for delay reporting accurate and appropriate for designated time. Consist of a lack of breath of ideas on how to improve, or operating projects. Now I have opened even if the light is all hundred per cent, but I will endeavor some percent, do not despair aim still very dependent on you support of ideas.
